Placing an order on Golden Niche BD is simple and straightforward:

  1. Browse our categories or use the search function to find the products you want.
  2. Click on the product to view details, select quantity, and click "Add to Cart".
  3. Review your cart and proceed to checkout.
  4. Fill in your shipping and billing information.
  5. Select your preferred payment method.
  6. Review your order and click "Place Order" to complete your purchase.

Once your order is placed, you will receive an order confirmation email with details of your purchase.

We accept the following payment methods:

  • Credit/Debit Cards (Visa, MasterCard)
  • bKash
  • Nagad
  • Rocket
  • Cash on Delivery (COD)

All online payments are processed through secure payment gateways to ensure your financial information is protected.

We offer the following shipping options:

  • Standard Shipping: 3-5 business days (৳60 for orders under ৳2,000, free for orders over ৳2,000)
  • Express Shipping: 1-2 business days (৳120 for all orders)

Shipping times are estimates and may vary depending on your location. Currently, we ship to all major cities in Bangladesh.

You can track your order using the tracking number provided in your order confirmation email or by logging into your account.

Your order may have one of the following statuses:

  • Processing: Your order has been received and is being processed.
  • Packed: Your order has been packed and is ready for shipping.
  • Shipped: Your order has been shipped and is on its way to you.
  • Delivered: Your order has been delivered.
  • Cancelled: Your order has been cancelled.

You can check the status of your order by logging into your account and viewing your order history.

Returns and Refunds Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not, you may be eligible to return the item for a refund or exchange.

Eligible Items:

  • Most new, unopened items can be returned within 7 days of delivery.
  • Defective or damaged items can be returned within 7 days of delivery.

Non-Eligible Items:

  • Perishable goods such as food items cannot be returned unless they are damaged or defective upon delivery.
  • Items that have been used, opened, or show signs of wear.
  • Items marked as "Final Sale" or "Non-Returnable".

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact our customer service team at returns@goldennichebd.com or call +021-95-51-84 within 7 days of receiving your order.
  2. Provide your order number and details of the items you wish to return.
  3. Our customer service team will guide you through the return process and provide you with a return authorization.
  4. Pack the item securely in its original packaging if possible.
  5. Attach the return label provided by our customer service team.
  6. Ship the item back to us using the shipping method specified by our customer service team.

You can also initiate a return through your account by navigating to your order history and selecting the "Return Item" option for the relevant order.

Refunds:

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the status of your refund.

  • If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original payment method.
  • For credit/debit card payments, refunds typically take 5-10 business days to appear on your statement.
  • For mobile banking payments, refunds typically take 3-5 business days.
  • For Cash on Delivery (COD) payments, refunds will be processed via bank transfer or mobile banking.

Exchanges:

If you prefer to exchange an item rather than receive a refund, please specify this when initiating your return. Exchanges are subject to product availability.

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact our customer service team immediately at support@goldennichebd.com or call +021-95-51-84.

Please provide:

  • Your order number
  • A description of the damage or defect
  • Photos of the damaged or defective item

We will arrange for the item to be replaced or refunded as soon as possible. In most cases, we will send a replacement item before receiving the damaged or defective item back.
