- Ship the package to the address provided by our customer service team.
4. Refund Process
Once we receive your returned item, our team will inspect it to ensure it meets our return policy requirements. The inspection process typically takes 1-2 business days.
4.1 Approved Returns
If your return is approved:
- For payment by credit/debit card: We will credit your account within 5-7 business days.
- For payment by bKash: We will process the refund to your bKash account within 3-5 business days.
- For cash on delivery payments: We will issue a bank transfer or store credit as per your preference.
4.2 Rejected Returns
If your return does not meet our policy requirements, we will notify you via email with the reason for rejection. In such cases, the item will be shipped back to you at your expense.
5. Shipping Costs for Returns
Shipping costs for returns are handled as follows:
- For defective or damaged items: Golden Niche BD will cover the return shipping costs.
- For change of mind or other non-defective returns: The customer is responsible for the return shipping costs.
6. Exchanges
